Clinics: Women's Center

Our staff consists of two doctors, both board-certified by the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology, and one certified nurse midwife. They all share a common goal: to offer women of all ages the highest standards of medical care in order to help them enjoy a healthy happy life.

Robert L. Holland, MD, PhD

Dr. Holland has been practicing obstetrics and gynecology for more than 25 years. His focus is on high-risk obstetrics, routine obstetrics, ultrasounds and some gynecological surgeries. Dr. Holland grew up in Walla Walla, WA. In his spare time Dr. Holland enjoys flying, aircraft building, gliders, boating and amateur radio. Samuel Liu, MD, PhD

Dr. Liu comes to us with extensive experience. He specializes in gynecology & gynecologic surgery, for a full list of his specialties, click here. Dr. Liu and his wife Angela moved here from Shanghai, China, where he was the director of the Women’s Center in the World-Link Medical Center.  Prior to that they lived in Cleveland, Ohio for 30 years where Dr. Liu was an associate professor in the Urogynecology division of the Cleveland Clinic Hospital.

Patricia A. Boullie, CNM

Patricia Boullie, CNM, has been with the Women’s Center since September of 1996. She started out in midwifery in the military where she took care of the military wives.
