Welcome to our new and improved Web Site. As you visit the various areas covered here, you will see that we have an excellent, highly qualified and caring staff throughout the organization. As the CEO, I am extremely proud of the staff, and the work that they do. It is also my privilege to serve with a team of dedicated volunteers who are the guiding force of the institution, our Board of Trustees.

You may, or may not, be aware that Columbia Memorial Hospital has been the leader in providing health care to the region for over a century. With each passing year, Columbia Memorial Hospital has seen growth and positive change in the enhancement and addition of health related services for our community. Through our daily actions we provide excellence, leadership, and compassion in the enhancement of health for those we serve.

Many exciting things are happening at Columbia Memorial Hospital. We are in the beginning stages of a new three-story, 39,000 square foot medical building. The new building will provide space for some of our diagnostics services, as well as out-patient rehabilitation. It is a big step forward in attracting and growing health-care in our community. We have recently added a new MRI unit, re-instating our chemotherapy infusion, remodeling our Pharmacy department and developing a new Centre for Excellence Surgery Wing. These are just a few of the exciting things we are planning for health care in the North Coast area.

In addition to treating patients, Columbia Memorial Hospital has dedicated itself to improving the quality of life for those around us. At all levels, the staff of Columbia Memorial Hospital partner with businesses and community agencies.
