Directions: The turn off for the Hospice House from HW 101 is at an intersection between Camp Rilea and the Skipanon River at Perkins Rd/Columbia Beach Road. Follow the brown directional signs for Ft. Stevens State Park. Turn toward the ocean onto HW 104. You will pass a large “Welcome to Warrenton” sign. Proceed north past Columbia Beach Lane, past a large white fence to the second driveway on your left where there is a green mailbox, turn left into a shared driveway, take an immediate left to our parking area. The house is two tone green with detached garage. The address is, 91848 HW 104.

Anyone who has driven down Exchange Street or Marine Drive has noticed the changes to the West Entrance of downtown Astoria. The new three-story “CMH Health & Wellness PAVILION” has broken ground and will soon change the entrance to downtown. The new three-story, 39,000 square building and its parking lot will take up the square block between 22nd and 23rd streets, and between Exchange and Franklin avenues. It is a great site that gives us additional presence as you drive into or out of town.

The CMH Health and Wellness PAVILION will house:

  • Women’s Health Center
  • Rehabilitation Services
  • Lab Services
  • Physician Office Space
  • Complete Hospital Administration Services

The new building enhances our efforts in recruiting physicians, now and in the future.

Construction started this spring and is scheduled to be finished by the end of February 2008. We plan to be in the new facility and operational by the spring of 2008.
