We are here to assist you if you need help! If there is a problem or you have a complaint about the quality or safety of your care while you or your family member is hospitalized, we want to know about it.
Columbia Memorial Hospital is a Joint Commission Accredited Hospital. Joint Commission standards deal with organizational quality of care issues and the safety of the environment in which care is provided. This is how you can get help solving a quality of safety or patient care issue:
- Ask to speak to the individual providing your care. Explain the customer care issue and talk about ways it can be solved.
- If you do not feel satisfied, please ask to speak with the manager or director of the unit you are in, they will be happy to discuss any unresolved issues.
