The Medical Surgical Unit at Columbia Memorial Hospital features twenty three private patient rooms, all equipped with state of the art beds, air flow mattresses to relieve pressure areas, and can be equipped with overbed frames with trapezes to facilitate ease of movement during hospitalization. The latest in telemetry monitoring equipment is available and used by appropriately qualified personnel. This unit features a newly remodeled Nurses’ Station where nursing staff interact closely with physicians to provide excellence in health care.

Fill it out and bring a copy with you when visiting any healthcare provider. It is a good idea to make copies of the form and carry one with you at all times.
