Same Day Services

Same Day Services offers a variety of patient services in the outpatient setting. Services include: intravenous antibiotics and injectable medications, blood transfusions, dressing changes, implanted port maintenance and therapeutic phlebotomies and chemotherapy.

All of our services require a written physician’s order. If you have a medical need we can assist with, please have your physician call our scheduler at 503-338-7575. After reviewing the services needed and receipt of your order, we will schedule your appointment and begin your care.

It is important that your provider know what medications you are on. Please click here and download a copy of our Medication Information Form. Fill it out and bring a copy with you when visiting any healthcare provider. It is a good idea to make copies of the form and carry one with you at all times.
