Flu Updates
Flu Season is not over yet! In fact , we are just beginning seasonal influenza season in our area and are continuing to see a few cases of H1N1 continue.
We encourage individuals to maintain healthy ideas including getting plenty of rest, exercise, healthy foods and practice good hand hygiene .. all the time.
CMH is providing H1N1 to pregnant and pediatric patients through the CMH Womens Center and the CMH Pediatric Clinic.
All other community members are encouraged to contact the Clatsop County Health Department at 503-325-8500 or their local pharmacy for H1N1 vaccine options.
