Introduction

Columbia Memorial Hospital has created this Privacy Policy in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy and to disclose our practices in gathering, using and disclosing personal information in connection with this website. In this policy, Columbia Memorial Hospital refers to employees, trustees and any vendors performing services for Columbia Memorial Hospital.
