Infusion Center
At Columbia Memorial Hospital, IV therapy comes with a little extra care. Our infusion clinic provides leading-edge chemotherapy and other IV therapies in a comfortable, welcoming space — with a care team that always puts your comfort first.
Your chemotherapy center
As part of the CMH-OHSU Knight Cancer Collaborative, chemotherapy is a large part of what we do. We have an oncology pharmacist who focuses solely on providing IV chemotherapy, as well as a team of board-certified oncology nurses who are dedicated to your well-being. They take the time to learn about you and your needs. They develop close relationships with you. And they make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need during your treatment.
Infusion therapy
Beyond chemo, the highly trained infusion nurses at CMH provide a wide range of care. This includes:
- IV hydration therapy.
- IV treatments like antibiotics or iron replacement.
- Transfusion of blood products.
- Placement and care of central line catheters.
A place for healing
At CMH, the Infusion Clinic was designed with healing in mind. The space is warm and airy, artwork decorates the walls, and large windows bring in natural light and provide beautiful views of the Columbia River. From the comfy chairs and blankets to the warm smiles that greet you, we strive to provide a calm, restorative environment.
While we normally encourage company during your treatments, due to COVID-19, the visitor policy may be a little different than what you are used to. However, we welcome caregivers who briefly drop off and pick up patients.
