CMH welcomes new anesthesia provider, Charles "Luke" Roesel, CRNA

CMH is pleased to welcome Charles “Luke” Roesel, CRNA, who begins working as a nurse anesthetist this week.

Luke most recently worked as a nurse anesthetist at Samaritan North Lincoln Hospital in Lincoln City. He also worked as a nurse in the emergency department at Emanuel Medical Center in Portland, among other positions throughout his career.

Luke earned his master’s degree in nursing and nurse anesthesia from Gannon University’s Villa Maria School of Nursing in affiliation with University of Pittsburgh Medical Center Hamot School of Anesthesia in Erie, Pennsylvania. He completed his bachelor’s in nursing at Walla Walla University in College Place, Washington.

He is a member of the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists, and Oregon Association of Nurse Anesthetists.

“I’m excited to join the community in Astoria and help provide care at CMH,” says Luke.

When Luke is not working he enjoys surfing, fishing, hiking and walking the dog. His family also enjoys the outdoors, music and sports.
