More details to follow after ratification vote
After seven months of bargaining sessions, including three mediation sessions with a federal mediator, CMH is pleased to announce that we have reached a tentative agreement on the terms of a new collective bargaining agreement with the ONA represented nurses.
More details on the tentative agreement will be available to the general public following the ratification vote by represented nurses and the CMH Board of Trustees.
“It has been our goal for many years to be a best place to work and provide the highest quality care for our patients,” says Nicole Williams, COO. “This new agreement is a reflection of these priorities.”
CMH looks forward to continuing our long history of working collaboratively to support the practice of nursing and providing high-quality, compassionate care for the patients and communities we serve.
