Hospital shares 2024 Annual Report

CMH is pleased to share its 2024 Annual Report.

The report reflects on 2024 successes for the hospital and Clatsop County residents. A series of 13 articles are featured, with each article focusing on how CMH worked to improve and support the community, as well as complete its organizational priorities and projects for the year.

In 2024, CMH focused on working toward the groundbreaking of the BuildCMH Expansion Project, remodeling spaces and improving patient access to care, as well as providing community programs and events.

CMH supported the community in a variety of ways, many of which have continued through 2025. Examples include hosting the Astoria Regatta Square block party, donating baskets of food during Christmas, and donating to other local organizations.

“The past year was one of significant growth and accomplishment for CMH. We worked hard to strengthen our commitment to safety, quality care and community impact,” CEO Erik Thorsen says. “In 2024, we reached new milestones, strengthened our services and impacted lives in our community. In 2025, we continue to build on our accomplishments and improve the ways we serve our patients and each other. With our ongoing commitment to quality, safety and patient-centered care, we have a lot to look forward to!”

CMH is proud to support Clatsop County and is dedicated to helping people live their healthiest lives.
