CMH Urgent Care Clinics welcome new provider

Tristin Accuardi, DNP, FNP-C, joins clinics in Astoria, Warrenton and Seaside
CMH is pleased to welcome Tristin Accuardi, DNP, FNP-C, who begins working in the CMH Urgent Care Clinics this week as a new provider.
Tristin most recently completed her clinical rotations and graduated with her doctorate of nursing practice - family nurse practitioner degree from the University of Portland. She earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from OHSU.
“It is an honor to be joining this team in meeting the health care needs of this population,” Tristin says. “I desire to contribute to this community by practicing evidence-based, holistic and empathetic care to align with CMH’s mission. I value respect in professional relationships and being a leader who champions positive changes within the health care system.”
