Sarah Jeffrey, AGNP, joins CMH

CMH is pleased to welcome Sarah Jeffrey, AGNP, as a new hospitalist. Hospitalists are highly trained providers who specialize in caring for inpatients during their hospital stays.
Jeffrey most recently worked as an inpatient diabetes nurse practitioner at Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane, Washington.
“I am so excited to be joining CMH,” Jeffrey says. “I love the patient-centered care commitment to the community and health.”
She earned a master’s degree in nursing from St. Catherine University in Saint Paul, Minnesota, and is board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She is a member of the American Geriatric Society and the Association of Diabetes Care and Education Specialists.
