Charity McDaniel, DNP, CNM, joins CMH-OHSU Health Obstetrics & Gynecology Clinic

ASTORIA, Ore. — CMH is pleased to welcome Charity McDaniel, DNP, CNM, who begins working in the CMH-OHSU Health Obstetrics & Gynecology Clinic today as a certified nurse midwife.

“I appreciate Columbia Memorial Hospital’s commitment to providing high-quality care through excellence and innovation,” McDaniel says. “This is a good match with my desire to provide cutting-edge care in a rural community.”

McDaniel most recently worked as a registered nurse and clinical supervisor at St. Mark’s Hospital’s Labor and Delivery Unit in Millcreek, Utah. While working there, she was earning her degree as a nurse-midwifery student at the University of Utah.

She completed her residency at Mountain Utah Family Medicine, Wayne Community Health Center and Bicknell Sevier Valley Hospital, located in Richfield and Bicknell, Utah.

The Obstetrics & Gynecology Clinic team includes board-certified obstetrician-gynecologists (OB-GYNs), certified nurse midwives and a social worker to connect patients with resources and provide for obstetric and gynecology needs throughout life.
