Free sports physicals offered for Seaside students on June 1

CMH is offering free sports physicals for incoming 6th to 12th grade Seaside (only) students on Thursday, June 1, at Seaside High School in Seaside.
Click here to sign up to attend or walk-in. Event code is 8bggm. Parents or guardians will be required to accompany their student to the appointment.
Physicals will be completed by Valarie Mill, DNP, from the CMH-OHSU Health Primary Care Clinic, and Dr. Whitney Latham, from the CMH-OHSU Health Pediatric Clinic.
There is no cost for the sports physicals.
