"I Love What I Do" campaign kicks off in June

Studies have found that when you engage in work you love, you experience less stress and have a lower resting heart rate. It has been said when you love what you do, this changes your entire outlook on work. When you work hard, it has significant meaning. You aim higher and seek opportunities to learn and improve on a daily basis. Your energy becomes magnetic!
Loving what you do helps fulfill you in your personal and professional life, because you are pursuing your passions. You serve as a positive role model as people will feel inspired by your hard work and values.
Beginning in June, HR will kick off a new campaign featuring CMH caregivers who love what they do! Be on the lookout for photos and videos of the familiar caregivers you see at CMH.
