One-day closure planned for Astoria Outpatient Pharmacy

Closure will be all day on Saturday, Sept. 20
A one-day closure is planned for CMH’s Astoria Outpatient Pharmacy on Saturday, September 20, while they move across the hall to a temporary space in the same building, at 2120 Exchange St., Astoria.
The one-day closure and move will allow CMH to start construction work on the expanded pharmacy opening later this year.
The pharmacy will reopen in the temporary space with regular hours on Sunday, September 21. The address and phone number for the pharmacy will stay the same, with signage posted for wayfinding.

Aside from the one-day closure, the Astoria pharmacy is open daily from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., with a lunchtime closure from 1-1:30 p.m.
