Scam alert: Be aware of local phone scams

SCAM ALERT: Patients have reported receiving recent phone calls that appear to come from CMH clinic phone numbers and ask for personal financial information or social security numbers. We would like to remind you that CMH will never call you to ask for this information over the phone. The numbers have been “spoofed” as the clinic phone numbers, but the phone calls are not from CMH.
Please let us know if you receive such a call, and do not give out personal financial information or social security numbers over the phone.
