Cardiologist Dr. Diana Rinkevich leading heart-healthy walks in July and August
This summer, join cardiologist Dr. Diana Rinkevich and get some free giveaways as the CMH-OHSU Health Cardiology team walks for heart health! By exercising as little as 30 minutes a day, you can reduce your risk of heart disease. 
Anyone is welcome to bring their cardiac health questions and join Dr. Rinkevich on the following walks:
- July 21 at 10 a.m. at the Astoria Riverwalk (meet by the Columbia River Maritime Museum entrance)
- August 18 at 10 a.m. at Fort Stevens (meet at Battery Russell)
