Biography
Daniel Fabiano, MD, board-certified orthopedic surgeon, joined CMH-OHSU Health Orthopedic Clinic in July 2023.
Dr. Fabiano has more than 25 years of orthopedic experience in total joints, knees, hips, shoulders, trauma and general orthopedics. He has spent most of his medical career at the Physicians’ Clinic of Iowa, P.C., in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

Dr. Fabiano has completed over 500 procedures using Stryker Mako SmartRobotics™ technology. CMH’s team of three orthopedic surgeons began using the system for robotic-assisted total joint surgeries in August 2023.
Dr. Fabiano did his fellowship in sports medicine and knee and shoulder reconstructive surgery at Matthews Orthopedic Clinic, Orlando Regional Medical Center/The Florida Hospital. Before starting his fellowship, he completed his orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Illinois Hospital and earned his degree from the Hahnemann University School of Medicine in Philadelphia.
