Biography
Board-certified family nurse practitioner Heather McLean, FNP-C joined the CMH-OHSU Health Cardiology Clinic in June 2020.
Heather earned both her master’s and bachelor’s degrees in nursing from Oregon Health & Science University. She has more than 14 years of experience as a nurse practitioner and has spent more than 11 years working in cardiology.
Prior to earning her master’s degree, she worked for nearly 20 years as a nurse. Before joining CMH, she worked as an internal medicine nurse practitioner for the Corvallis Clinic, where she helped patients manage acute and chronic health conditions.
Heather is committed to providing care and service to the community. When she’s not working, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, including four children and several grandchildren, gardening, cooking, baking, skiing and mountaineering.
